Trump accuses Google of showing 'only negative' search results about him

<strong>New Delhi</strong>: US President Donald Trump on Tuesday took an aim at Google for ‘being rigged for conservative voices’. He accused the giant search engine platform for showing negative results about him. Warning the search engine, Trump said that it is a very serious situation and it will be addressed. Expressing his annoyance over the critical news stories about his presidency, Trump lashed out on Twitter saying: “They have it rigged, for me and others, so that almost all stories & news is bad.” Claiming that Google is unfair to Republican or the Conservative, he said: “Republican/Conservative and Fair Media is shut out.” He said: “96% of Google search results for “Trump News” shows only the reporting of ‘fake news media’. In other words Fake CNN is prominent, results on “Trump News” are from national left-wing media, very dangerous.” He said Google is suppressing the conservative voices : “Google and others are suppressing voices of Conservatives and hiding information and news that is good. They are controlling what we can & cannot see. They have criticised social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter on similar grounds of being biased. Addressing reporters at the White House, Trump said that Google and Twitter and Facebook, they are really treading on ‘very, very troubled territory’ and they have to be careful.
