'Gujarat exodus for Diwali, not violence'

Gujarat agriculture minister Ranchhodbhai C Faldu on Tuesday said the panic surrounding the exodus of migrant workers from Gujarat was "the handiwork of Congress". In reality, the minister suggested, the movement of migrants was because of the "festive season".
