The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Tuesday arrested an Islamic State (IS) sympathizer from Delhi. The IS sympathizer identified as Mohammad Faiz was allegedly conspiring to carry out blasts in Delhi, National Capital Region (NCR) and Uttar Pradesh, the NIA said.
